We’ve got two amazing singles coming out soon! First up is a digital single from Swedish songstress Jenny Wilson, who is releasing her debut US album Hardships! on her Gold Medal Recordings label on August 24th. We are teaming up with Jenny for a special single release of the track “Like A Fading Rainbow”, with a gospel version as the b-side. Jenny first broke into music as a guest vocalist on The Knife’s album Deep Cuts as well as Robyn’s Rakamonie EP, and so we are very happy to be working with her to digitally release her new single on July 27th.

Next up is a single from LA act Kisses, made up of Jesse Kivel of Princeton and Zinzi Edmundson. Inspired by instrumental disco (Cerrone, Gino Soccio), Kisses has created a kind of pop music described by the Guardian as “sunny but sad dance music that suggests Bernard Sumner jamming with Belle and Sebastian.” They released the blog-favorited single “Bermuda”on Transparent Records earlier this year, and will release “People Can Do The Most Amazing Things” as their next single through IAMSOUND on August 3rd as a 7″ vinyl and digital download, with a Pete Wiggs (Saint Etienne) remix on the b-side.
